SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview & Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Shopizocart.com and governs shipments within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

For custom or made-to-order items, processing takes 3–7 business days. Pre-orders begin processing on the estimated ship date shown at checkout.

Notice: If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to accept a revised ship date or cancel for a full refund.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

All delivery windows are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

*Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day. Not available for PO Boxes or remote locations.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce depending on your location, package size, and chosen shipping method. Carrier selection is at our discretion to best meet delivery timeframes.


5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you enter payment information — no hidden fees, ever.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 US states only. It does not apply to oversized items or items marked ineligible on the product page.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, carrier name, a direct tracking link, and estimated delivery date. Tracking can also be checked anytime at Shopizocart.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after your confirmation email.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shopizocart.com is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or packages returned due to an undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (at an additional charge) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

To request an address change, contact us at support@shopizocart.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high-volume periods (holidays, sales), severe weather, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays but will assist in filing claims where applicable and will notify you of any significant delays.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, first check surrounding areas and wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early). Then contact the carrier directly. If still unresolved, email us at support@shopizocart.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damaged packages: Contact us within 2 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Stolen packages: We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen.

10. PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses, with delivery taking 10–21 business days. Detailed tracking may not be available once packages enter the military mail system. Certain oversized or restricted items cannot ship to these addresses.

11. Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other US territories. Delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on destination, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions do not apply to these destinations. Certain items may not be eligible for shipment to these locations due to carrier restrictions.

12. International Shipping

At this time, Shopizocart.com ships only within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping.

13. Returns & Return Shipping

This policy works alongside our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

14. Advertising & Promotional Shipping Terms

All shipping promotions advertised on Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping, or any other platform accurately reflect the terms in this policy. Specifically:

  • All pricing in ads , including shipping costs — reflects actual charges at checkout with no hidden fees
  • "Free Shipping" claims apply only when all stated conditions (minimum order, eligible items, destination) are met
  • Estimated delivery windows shown in ads are consistent with Section 3 of this policy
  • Time-limited promotions clearly state their start and end dates in the ad creative

Ad-specific promotions are valid only under the terms stated in the advertisement, are non-transferable, and are not stackable with other offers unless explicitly stated.

15. Checkout Transparency

In compliance with Google Merchant Center policies and FTC guidelines, Shopizocart.com commits to displaying the full order total — including shipping and applicable taxes — before you are required to enter payment information. No fees are added after shipping costs are shown. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout where available, and shipping confirmation with tracking is sent within 24 hours of shipment.

16. Legal Compliance

FTC Mail Order Rule: We comply with 16 CFR Part 435, shipping within stated timeframes, notifying you of delays, and providing cancellation/refund options when we cannot meet our commitments.

State Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted in specific states. If an item cannot be shipped to your state, you will be notified at checkout and the item removed from your order or your order cancelled with a full refund.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where Shopizocart.com has tax nexus, per the South Dakota v. Wayfair ruling. The applicable tax amount is always displayed before checkout is completed.
